The exclusive architectural concept that gave Jeep its own identity at the point of sale.

Jeep

Challenge

Jeep sold its vehicles from spaces shared with other Stellantis brands — with no exclusive dealership presence and no architectural identity of its own. The brief: create Jeep's exclusive retail concept from scratch, carrying the brand's adventurous off-road DNA into a modern retail experience, and roll it out across the network at pace.

Concept

VC ONE co-developed the exclusive Jeep concept alongside Stellantis' global design team. Architecture, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting were designed as one integrated system — reflecting the brand's off-road robustness while creating a modern, welcoming customer journey. The concept was codified into a complete brand standards manual with certified supplier framework, and rolled out across the network as a managed program.

Result

The concept was implemented across the first 200 exclusive Jeep dealerships in Brazil within eighteen months. It has since been adopted as Jeep's official global standard, with more than 500 projects delivered across the partnership's trajectory. VC ONE is currently responsible for more than 70% of the projects updating the network to the evolved standard.

Jeep: From Zero to a Reference Model for Automotive Retail

The Jeep partnership stands as a defining project in VC ONE's portfolio — and a benchmark for what integrated architectural strategy can do for a brand entering a new positioning. When the engagement began, Jeep was sold in Brazil through spaces shared with other Stellantis brands. There were no exclusive Jeep dealerships. There was no architectural language that belonged to the brand. Both had to be created from scratch.

The brief was clear: give Jeep its own identity at the point of sale. Create spaces that carry the brand's essence — the adventurous, authentic, off-road spirit connected to freedom — while optimizing commercial operations and delivering a customer experience that could compete with any premium automotive brand in the market.

VC ONE co-developed the concept alongside Stellantis' global design team. The result balanced two demands often in tension: modernity and youthfulness on one side, robustness and off-road DNA on the other. Architecture, furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting were designed as an integrated system — every element reinforcing the same brand values, every space engineered to translate the Jeep universe into an immersive, engaging customer experience.

The concept was codified into a complete brand standards manual, paired with a certified supplier framework covering signage, furniture, finishes, and lighting — giving dealers a vetted ecosystem to order into and ensuring the standard held consistently across every implementation.

Implementation followed as a managed program. VC ONE developed and rolled out the concept across the first 200 exclusive Jeep dealerships in Brazil — every project monitored through completion, every unit calibrated to local site conditions while holding the brand standard cleanly across the network. The first-cycle rollout was completed in eighteen months.

Nearly a decade later, the partnership continues to expand. The original concept was adopted as Jeep's official global standard. VC ONE is now responsible for more than 70% of the projects updating the network to the evolved version of that standard, with more than 500 projects delivered across the trajectory. What began as a bold repositioning has become a reference model for exclusive-brand dealership networks in the market.
